Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.

How long does it take to process my order?
Each piece is handmade in small batches. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipment, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days via standard shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

What if my package is delayed or lost?
While shipping delays are outside our control once an order is with the carrier, we’re always happy to help. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist however we can.
