Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, or improper care.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Once approved, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.
Refunds
