Because our pieces are handcrafted with care and intention, we maintain a limited return policy. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, or improper care.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Include clear photos of the item and packaging

• Once approved, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only if an item is confirmed defective and cannot be replaced

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
