PRODUCT CARE
Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and designed to be enjoyed for years with mindful care. To preserve its beauty:
- Avoid bending, twisting, or applying pressure.
- Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
- Keep away from perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, and harsh chemicals.
- Store in a dry place, ideally in a jewelry box or soft pouch.

Yes. Polymer clay is lightweight and surprisingly strong, making it ideal for comfortable, everyday elegance. As with all handcrafted pieces, it should be handled with care to avoid accidental damage.
Gently wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Please avoid soaking, submerging in water, or using cleaning agents or alcohol. When traveling, it is recommended to use a box or jewelry bag to protect them. Clay Couture jewelry is tarnish-resistant, but should not come in contact with water and/or chemicals such as perfume, as this can break down the gold plating.
We use high-quality materials and finishes to ensure long-lasting color. However, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, or chemicals may affect color over time.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, or improper care.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Once approved, we'll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.
- Refunds are issued only if an item is confirmed defective and cannot be replaced.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States.
Each piece is handmade in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days via standard shipping and 2-3 business days by USPS Priority. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier.
